If the vehicle load or part load is stolen you must:
Report immediately using the “999” system or the nearest Police station giving full details of the incident, making a note of the officers details, crime reference number and the contact number for the Police station. Contact your base location advising them of the incident, giving details of the name and number of any Police Officers in attendance and the address and telephone number of the police station where the incident was reported. They must in turn report the incident to the Security department.
