BERDEEN, MD — Northwestern Mutual in conjunction with their development partner Manekin, LLC has broken ground on the Mid-Atlantic Logistics Center a 500,000 s/f warehouse project in Har- ford County. The state-of- the-art building at 727 Old Philadelphia Rd. designed by Baltimore-based Hofmann Associates Architects , will offer 36’ clear ceiling heights, modern cross dock capabilities with 131 docks doors, 120 foot truck courts and onsite parking for 223 automobiles and 151 trailers. Manekin, in conjunc- tion with a separate entity Manekin Construction , in- tends to build the facility utiliz- POA becomes a sponsor of EAF to help end Digital Divide MORRISTOWN, NJ — Electronic Access Foundation (EAF) announced the Prop- erty Owners Association (POA) as a sponsor for 2018- 2019 assisting with the mar- keting effort and working to collect desktops, laptops, flat screen monitors and tablets to be refurbished and distrib- uted to non-profits working with low income, veteran and disabled populations. “Word of mouth like many businesses is our best source for new dona- tions. We're excited to have the marketing support and the networking opportunities that POA can provide us." said EAF director of operations Greg Campbell. POA executive director Kelly Voicheck adds “We are extremely pleased and excited to be part of such a worthwhile effort. Our owner and associate members have a long history of giving back to the communities that they work in and this extends that support to a higher level." Established as a 501(c)3 non-profit in 2011, Electronic Access Foundation has con- tinued to expand the number of organizations they sup- port every year. By the end of 2018, EAF estimates they will be very close to donating 1500 pieces of equipment back into the community for reuse this year while also making sure over 60,000 pounds of older equipment is properly recycled and not ending up in landfills. 
