Autumn Highlights We started May by celebrating Mother’s Day with a delightful high tea . Residents enjoyed sweet & savoury treats , all accompanied by the soulful performance of Ariana . Our community connection continued at the Lions’ Community Concert held at the Woodford Memorial Community Centre, where we enjoyed the musical talents of local performers. We were privileged to pause and appreciate our dedicated nursing team on International Nurses Day , reflecting on the vital role they play in our home. Our 10th anniversary celebratio n was truly special, The Sentinel paper marked the milestone, while also sharing the captivating stories of Hilary, Ruth, Margaret . The laughter and cheer from our Minute-to- Win-It competition still echos through our halls when we recall the ping pong balls going in all directions.
