In another well-deserved win, Ronan Byrne Electrical Limited came out top for its complete works to a high-end Smart home. Hailed an “impressive entry” by the judging panel, the Ballinteskin Smart Home proved a worthy winner and ticked all the right boxes on the entry requirements. No expense was spared to create this bespoke house which was installed with a Loxone Smart System an every possible optional extra. South Dublin Electricians were named overall winners in this category with its submission of Dartmouth Square House, Ranelagh. Martin Lavelle of South Dublin Electricians coordinated the project which involved a full electrical rewire. The challenge of this job was to manage the different companies involved in the automation of the lighting, heating and security system, with each system having its particularities in relation to the electrical wires. Martin’s vast experience in the industry ensured the works met all of the client’s expectations and needs while making sure everyone could work safely as the team were operating within very delicate circumstances during the Covid-19 pandemic.
