ANOTHER ICONIC PSA APPROVED KINGSPAN INSTALLATION ACHIEVING GRADE A STATUS IN TITANIC QUARTER… RAISED ACCESS FLOORING
D rew Wylie Building Services – NI dealer for the Kingspan range of raised access flooring products – worked with the main contractor OHMG to supply and install raised access flooring within the central glazed atrium area of Olympic House. A Kingspan medium grade PSA approved and fully encapsulated panel was installed to the ‘atrium area’ and OHMG assisted DWBS at every opportunity to ensure that the project was completed on time. Commercial raised access flooring is the most cost-effective way of creating a flexible working environment by utilising the floor void to manage the distribution of M&E services and HVAC systems. Access floors create easy access to the underfloor area allowing for greater design flexibility, faster construction,
workspace reconfiguration, and rapid maintenance.
