In September, we attended Spectrum Derbyshire, an autism-friendly festival that brings people together in a welcoming and inclusive environment. The event provided an opportunity for young people, adults, families, carers and professionals to connect and enjoy a range of activities. One of the people we support from Ecclesbourne Lodge had a wonderful day taking part in the festivities and enjoying new experiences. Our team welcomed visitors to the SENAD stand, speaking with families, professionals and local organisations about our specialist education, care and community services, while highlighting the importance of inclusive events that help people feel welcome, valued and supported.
We were pleased to attend this year's festival, and we look forward to returning in 2027 and continuing to support an event that promotes inclusion, community engagement and meaningful connections.
