AUDIT SUMMARY
In 2019-20 the following Housing Choices entities achieved certification for the delivery of Specialist Disability Accommodation:
Housing Choices’ policies and procedures sighted for this audit were found to be compliant with the NDIS Practice Standards, and are used by all Housing Choices SDA services in all operational states including, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia. Audit evidence for all entities was sourced through a review of organisational policies, procedures and relevant documentation, sample resident and sta files, interviews conducted with residents/family members and sta , and review of a sample of SDA properties/property files currently occupied by residents.

CERTIFICATION
Disability service providers registered with the NDIS are required to be audited as part of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework. The NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework ensures high quality support and safe environments for all NDIS participants, with an aim of establishing a thriving market that o ers people with disability genuine choice and control. HCA engaged Q-Audit1 Quality Assured as their certification body to undertake the accreditation audit.
No major or minor non-conformities were identified through this audit.
