Les Hawks ont fait face au 73s de Kemp- tville à deux reprises, soit vendredi chez eux, au Complexe sportif Robert Hartley, et samedi chez leurs adversaires. Lors du match de vendredi, les Hawks sont entrés en lion sur la glace et ont dominé le match en le remportant 6-2. Cette victoire a peut- être créé une certaine arrogance chez les Hawks, car, lors du match de dimanche, ils ont perdu contre la même équipe 5-2.
