The United Counties of Prescott and Russell have completed a Project File which examined the development of north-south and east-west corridors in the vicinity of the Village of Embrun. AECOM was retained to produce this study, which followed the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment, October 2000, as amended in 2007, process for Schedule B undertakings. The Project File describes the purpose, rationale, recommended plan, and mitigation measures for the study. The study recommended a combination of transportation systems management measures including intersection improvements on St-Guillaume Road between Highway 417 and St-Pierre Road and improvements to St-Pierre Road and Route 300. The recommended road works will improve the standard of St-Pierre Road and Route 300 to that appropriate for a County road in order to make the roads more attractive as alternatives to St-Guillaume Road and Notre-Dame Street. De Moose Creek est décédé à l’Hôpital Général d’Ottawa le vendredi 30 décembre 2011 à l’âge de 83 ans. Il fut le fondateur du Red & White de Moose Creek ainsi que du centre commercial de Moose Creek. Il rejoint son épouse bien aimée Thérèse Lajoie. Père fier de Michel (Vivian Abraham), Richard (Nicole Struthers) et Ginette Lemieux (René) tous de Moose Creek, il laisse aussi 8 petits-enfants et 8 arrière-petits- enfants. Il laisse également ses 2 sœurs Yvette Delaney (de feu Hubert) et Francine Théoret (Ed Lacelle). Prédécédé par 1 frère, Émile (Suzanne née Lalonde) ainsi que par une sœur, Fernande Théoret. Cher à la mémoire de son amie Estelle Gilbeault et sa famille. Fils de feu Honoré Théoret et de feu Marie-Ange Ouimet. Les funérailles ont été confiées à la maison Munro & Morris Funeral HomesLtd.,20, rueMain,Maxville,613527-2898. Une messe a été célébrée le 4 janvier à l’église Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church à Moose Creek. L’incinération à suivi la messe et l’enterrement se fera au printemps au cimetière de la paroisse. If concerns regarding this project cannot be resolved in discussion with the United Counties of Prescott and Russell, a person/party may request that the Minister of the Environment makes an order for the project to comply with Part II of the Environmental Assessment Act (referred to as a Part II Order). This request must be received by the Min- ister (at the address noted below) prior to February 9, 2012 . A copy of the request shall also be sent to the United Counties of Prescott and Russell, at the address noted above. If no requests are received by February 9, 2012 , the project will proceed to design and construction as presented in the Study, provided that funding is available.
