As a member of the Professional Services Management Team, you will help shape the University’s future strategic direction and its implementation, leading a £350 million programme of capital investment that will transform our campus. This is an exciting time in our history with the new Director of Estates and Campus Services taking a prominent role within the city’s regeneration, working closely with our partners at the Council and the NHS. You will lead the development of the new Estates Strategy and Campus Masterplan from which will emanate a number of city- wide developments in conjunction with significant capital investment on our main campus. You will influence and inspire others, ensuring the Estates Strategy significantly enhances the student, staff and visitor experience. You will also ensure that our Campus Services provide a ‘best in class’ customer-focused service.
