The Airex Freestanding Refrigerated Display Series has been specifically designed to display cakes and patisseries to the highest food safety standards with its adjustable digital temperature control.

Integrating a winning combination of double-glazed heated glass construction and warm blown air up the front and sides glass, all Airex display cabinets provide exceptional display with minimal condensation. A uniquely designed vertical integrated low volume airflow system delivers cool air to all parts of the unit which reduces drying of products and extends the shelf life of merchandise. The range is equipped with reliable and robust components, including highly efficient compressors using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant along with a refrigeration coil with protective coating to help prevent corrosion. Freestanding Heated The Airex Freestanding Heated Display Series is equipped with an energy efficient fan forced heating system specifically designed to provide safe, excellent temperature control and humidity for pies, pasties and pastries with even air distribution throughout the cabinet to maintain product at the highest quality. Designed with innovation in mind, each unit is supplied with a concealed water well positioned for hot air to be passed over which is filled from the rear of the unit. This introduces humidity into the display, holding products fresher for longer. Countertop Displays The Airex Countertop Display Series encompasses both Heated and Refrigerated Displays, ideal for areas where floor space is at a premium. Both models feature an adjustable digital temperature control, LED lighting to each shelf, sliding doors to rear and frameless glass construction for outstanding display. Countertop Refrigerated Displays feature double glazed heated glass to minimise condensation whilst simultaneously maintaining consistent temperature and keeping products looking fresher for longer. The display is also equipped with reliable and robust components, including highly efficient compressors using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant couple with a refrigeration coil with protective coating to help prevent corrosion.

The Heated Display, specifically designed to provide safe, excellent temperature control features a water pan as standard to introduce humidity into the display and a removable crumb tray for ease of cleaning.

1 Door Refrigerators & Freezers

Airex Undercounter Refrigerators can be supplied with either solid or glass doors while the Undercounter Freezer offers solid doors. The range presents 600mm depth and 840mm height, making it ideal for compact or worktop applications. The range is equipped with an adjustable temperature control, environmentally friendly R600a Hydrocarbon refrigerant, two adjustable shelves and a protective coating on the refrigeration coil to help prevent corrosion. CFC free polyurethane insulation provides both structural support and thermal performance efficiency to reduce energy usage across the entire lineup.

Glass door refrigerators feature a lockable double-glazed heated door to provide exceptional display while minimising condensation.

Refrigerated Chef Base

Airex Chef base units provide practical chilled storage within the preparation area of commercial kitchens. It features two removable refrigerated drawers that support GN pan configurations. An integrated heatshield and marine edge top helps protect the unit from surrounding heat and contains spills for easier cleaning. The adjustable digital controller maintains consistent temperatures, operating with environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. For easy maintenance and durability, the unit includes a removable filter for cleaning and a protective coating on the refrigeration coil to reduce corrosion. Adjustable height lockable castors allow easy positioning, while ergonomic non-catch handles ensure smooth drawer operation. The unit is available in three sizes to suit different kitchen layouts.
