Emerging Leaders In other news, the FPA has announced the election of its 2026 Emerging Leadership Council (ELC) leaders. Alana Carr, Inside Sales and Marketing Manager for Ho- sokawa Alpine American, Inc., will continue to serve as Co‑Chair. She is joined by newly elected Co‑Chair James Rosenberger, Product Manager, Sustainable Solutions for Charter Next Generation. FPA also announced the appointment of two new ELC committee Vice‑Chairs. Kimberly Weiss, Director of Sales and Marketing for Glenroy, Inc., has been named Vice‑Chair of the ELC Advocacy Committee, and John En- gland, Territory Manager, Converter Films for Berry Con- verter Films, has been appointed Vice‑Chair of the ELC Education & Recruitment Committee. Board of Directors The FPA also announced the election of its 2026 Board of Directors. Russell Grissett, President of Food for Sealed Air Corporation, will continue to serve as Chair of the FPA Board of Directors. Kevin Keneally, Chief Executive Officer of PPC Flex, has been elected Executive Vice Chair, and David Love, Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Of- ficer at Printpack, has been re‑elected Treasurer. The 2026 Board of Directors were elected by FPA vot- ing members via ballot for a one‑year term, with the excep- tion of the Chair’s two‑year term. The newly elected members assumed their roles on March 18, 2026, during the FPA Annual Meeting, held March 18–20 in Orlando, Florida. This year’s Board com- prises industry leaders representing 26 flexible packaging companies. Re-elected Board of Director, Evan Arnold, President of Glenroy, Inc., and newly elected Board of Director, Dhuanne Dodrill, President & CEO of PAXXUS, Inc., have been appointed to the Executive Committee. Newly elect- ed Directors include Pallavi Joyappa, President, Emerald Packaging, Inc.; Chris Osborn, Vice President, R&D, Am- cor Flexibles; and Chris Simmers, President of Operations, Mondi.
