Employee Communication Channels We provide open communication channels for employees to give suggestions and voice their concerns with the management. Some of our dedicated programs are:

 Dialogue sessions  Departmental meetings  Briefings

1. Employee Council

This shall function as a group of employees promoting harmonious management- employee relations. Its basic function is to initiate and take action in matters of hotel-wide impact, in coordination with the manager and division heads concerned covering:

(a) Employee productivity program on quality service, process improvement, cost and service delivery

(b) Employee communications

(c) Employee benefits and welfare

(d) Social and sport activities

(e) Corporate Social Responsibility

2. State of the Hotel Function

This is a quarterly hotel function that brings all employees together to review achievements of the past months. During this function, employees are kept informed on the hotel’s financial standing, performance monitor results, departmental updates and employee recognition activities.

3. Staff Opinion Survey (SOS)

This is a staff survey conducted to get employee feedback on their working environment, their career development, their welfare and on their leaders. The results of the survey are analyzed by an independent external consultant and sent back to the hotel to work on areas for improvement.
