Employee Communication Channels 4. Employee Voice Program

There is a form for employees to share their ideas/suggestions that could directly or indirectly improve standards of service, employee work conditions or any other issues faced by employees. The forms are available at the human resources division office and the employee’s entrance. 5. Employee Counseling All employees are encouraged to seek counseling from their department heads or from the human resources division at any time, to help resolve personal, work or welfare issues faced by an employee. 6. Exit Interview This is an interview conducted by the human resources division for an employee who is leaving the company, to obtain feedback with regards to leadership, job environment, benefits and the career development provided. 7. Performance Development Review A biannual appraisal which is done between an employee and his/her direct superior to evaluate employee work performance, areas that need to be further developed and career planning. 8. Employee Notice Board There are several notice boards maintained by human resources division placed in strategic places. This is an excellent information/news platform for employees to read about the happenings in the hotel, announcements, training programs, social and recreational activities, changes in company policies, etc. 9. Staff Dialogues Dialogues with staff and the General Manager / Service Executives / Senior Service Managers as an avenue for free exchange of ideas.
