■ Career achievements: Conceived a new forecasting product to better align client savings with future financial goals. The product gave an accurate view of the future to clients, allowing them to better plan for future financial events. By charging a one-off fee, company revenue rose by 2.5%. Additionally, client satisfaction increased due to a clearer purpose. Co-ordinated successful application into the FCA sandbox. The FCA sandbox allows firms to test innovative propositions in the market with real customers under the guidance of the FCA. As a fintech company closely connected with crypto currency this gave us credibility. We used the additional media interest and recognition to raise over £20 million. Derived a new automated system for evaluating a client’s current portfolio, instead of manually collating the information. Resulted in a faster and more accurate process. Over one year, this saved the team of three over 250 hours of work, resulting in more time being available to evaluate client needs.
