■ Career achievements: Transformed the tax policy of Uzbekistan Railways JSC in order to unify the direction. Achieved this by establishing a tax department to centralise tax accounting and reporting for the company’s senior management. Led this department which resulted in the reduction of the company’s tax burden by 11%. Managed the restructuring of the company’s loan portfolio. Negotiated with more than 100 international financial institutions and major banks to obtain profitable loans, conducted thorough market research with a team, and proposed the restructuring of 16 loan contracts. This increased the company’s profitability by 1.7% and reduced debt by US$1.8 million. In 2017, started managing the problematic project of the Republican Road Fund (announced in 2011), with the participation of international financial institutions, worth US$243 million. Conducted a deep analysis, changed the project team, and with the IDB solved all contractor problems. Project was effectively completed in 2019.
