Sector: Pools and Spas Job specification : • Advise the customer on the purchase of different parts • Answering phone calls • Forward and reply to emails • Process special orders • Manage the service technician schedule • Proceed to the parts inventory • Other related tasks
• Répondre aux appels téléphoniques • Acheminer et répondre aux courriels • Traiter des commandes spéciales • Gérer l’horaire de service • Procéder à l’inventaire des pièces • Autres tâches connexes
