1. Accuracy, timeliness and completeness and the evaluation of the effectiveness of your end to end human resources/payroll process resulting in every company that takes part in the survey being awarded a Sigma level for their payroll service
2. Compliance with statutory filing/payment deadlines
3. Data security/confidentiality
4. An average cost per payslip which will help demonstrate efficiency and value for money.
