La ferme de permaculture offre aux amateurs de cueil- lettes de fruits des ateliers de préparation de confitures, directement sur les lieux. « Les gens cueilleront des fruits et se rassemble- ront ensuite dans notre cuisine commerciale afin de les transformer en confitures », a expliqué Robert Poirier, le propriétaire. L’horaire des ateliers, disponible sur le portail de la ferme, permettra également aux gens de s’inscrire. Marlana Carnett, cuisinière de la ferme, sera là pour aider les participants à fabriquer 12 pots de confi- tures de camerises. « C’est en effet une
