• Deliver TELT & Academic Enhancement strategic plans to ensure flexible, cost- effective and adaptive TEL operational solutions for eLearning, instructional design, development, and delivery. • Develop, maintain and regularly review and update our operational business plans to support the University digital strategy. The post holder will need to proactively engage and collaborate with both Operational and Academic stakeholder across the University and GEI for effective delivery of eLearning services and student experience.
