Step 5 (cont.) — Site Pages: Ordering, Hiding & Strategy

Reorder Pages by Drag-and-Drop

Hide Pages from Navigation

All site pages can be reordered via drag-and-drop in the Site Pages section of the admin. The order you set here controls the navigation menu order visible to visitors.

Pages can be hidden from the main navigation menu but still accessed by direct URL. Use this for: recruiting pages, seller campaign landing pages, client-specific content, or pages under construction.

Property Lists — Curate Your Listings

Community & Seasonal Pages

Create curated property lists filtered by status (active, sold, pending), owner, price range, and amenities. Cherry-pick individual listings by MLS number. Great for showcasing sold production or a neighborhood specialty.

Create individual community pages for each town or neighborhood you serve. Seasonal content (spring market, summer relocation, fall seller tips) creates evergreen, low-maintenance content that encourages repeat visits.

Recruiting Pages (Hidden)

Blog Posts for Local SEO

Build a hidden recruiting page accessible only by direct URL. Send the link to prospective agents without it appearing in your public navigation — keeps your recruiting funnel separate from client-facing content.

Write and publish weekly local market updates, town spotlights, home value content, and seller guides. Each blog post is indexed by search engines and builds your local authority over time.

All edits require Publish + Refresh to appear live. Page Titles can be changed at any time from within Site Pages settings.
