Contact BHGRE Client Services via the Help Desk link inside the Greenhouse. Navigate to the BHGRE Moves Program Page ■ Once logged in, locate the main navigation menu or use the Greenhouse's intelligent search bar ■ Search for 'BHGRE Moves' or navigate to Agent Tools → Programs & Benefits → BHGRE Moves ■ The Moves program page contains the official launch link, training videos, FAQ documents, and marketing assets ■ Review the FAQ document and Customer Email Timeline to familiarize yourself with what your clients will receive ■ The Greenhouse features a social-style newsfeed and resource library. You can also favorite the BHGRE Moves page for quick future access. Access the MooveGuru Agent Portal ■ From the BHGRE Moves page in the Greenhouse, click the official link to the MooveGuru Agent Dashboard ■ Direct URL: agents.mooveguru.com ■ On your first visit, you will be prompted to create your agent account — use your BHGRE-affiliated email address ■ Complete your agent profile: full name, phone number, brokerage name, headshot (optional but recommended) ■ Your profile information populates all client-facing emails — ensure it is accurate and professional ■ Your MooveGuru account is separate from your Greenhouse login. Keep both sets of credentials saved securely.
