Customize Your Agent Profile & Local Vendors ■ In the MooveGuru dashboard, go to My Profile and upload your headshot and brokerage logo ■ Review your contact details — these appear on every client email sent on your behalf ■ Navigate to Local Vendors to add preferred local service providers (plumbers, cleaners, landscapers, etc.) ■ Adding local vendors personalizes the client experience and strengthens your community expert positioning ■ Review the Current National Advertisers and Categories list (available in the Greenhouse) to understand what discounts your clients receive ■ Agents can customize and add local vendor recommendations to complement the national retailer offers already built into the platform. Enroll Your First Client ■ In the MooveGuru dashboard, click 'Add Client' or 'Enroll New Client' ■ Enter the client's: First Name, Last Name, Email Address , and Move Date (closing date or anticipated move date) ■ Select client type: Buyer or Seller — this determines which email sequence they receive ■ Confirm the client's new property address (if known) to enable hyper-local offers ■ Click Submit / Enroll — the automated email program begins immediately ■ The client receives a welcome email introducing them to the savings program on your behalf ■ Enroll clients as soon as a contract is executed — the earlier they're enrolled, the more timely the offers they receive before, during, and after the move.

Monitor Your Dashboard & Client Activity ■ Return to agents.mooveguru.com at any time to view all currently enrolled clients ■ The dashboard shows each client's enrollment status, move date, and email engagement

■ You will receive automated notification emails when key milestones occur in your clients' move journey ■ To deactivate a client (if they opt out or a deal falls through), locate them in the dashboard and select Deactivate Client ■ Review the training video in the Greenhouse titled 'Navigating the MOVES Dashboard' for a full walkthrough ■ Deactivating a client stops all future emails immediately. Reactivation is possible if needed.
