Agent Website Setup Checklist — Complete in Order

Print or save this checklist. Complete every item before you start generating leads from your site.

PHASE 1 — ACCESS & CREATION

Verify profile shows correct phone, email, and areas served

Log into Greenhouse and launch MoxiWorks under Tools & Resources

PHASE 4 — HOMEPAGE SETUP

🔗 greenhouse.bhgre.com/public.html

Choose and publish your banner image (listing or market-specific image recommended)

Create your agent website — select 'Agent Website'

Edit your homepage call-to-action text and publish

Choose and confirm your temporary bhgre-realestate.com subdomain

Add intro content or marketing video to the blank homepage section

Accept the Terms of Service

Embed YouTube video(s) using share embed code (2 slots available)

PHASE 2 — REQUIRED SETTINGS (Do these first!)

PHASE 5 — PAGES & CONTENT

Enable SSL certificate in Settings → Security

Create town/community pages for each priority market you serve

Turn ON search engine visibility (Settings → SEO)

Create seller pages ('Sell My House in [Town]') for each priority town

Configure your personal domain (Settings → Custom Domain)

Set up property lists — curate by status, price, and MLS number

PHASE 3 — PROFILE & BRANDING

Ask office admin to update headshot and profile in Dash Write and publish your first blog post (local market update or town spotlight) Add Testimonials page using CSS embed code from BHGRE Marketing Center Reorder pages and hide any pages not yet ready for public view Every change requires: Publish → Refresh live site to see it appear. Set up your site the same week you join — don't wait! Provide social media URLs to admin for entry into Dash

Write or update your bio in MoxiWorks (or request admin review)
