How to Load Contacts into MoxiEngage
The cleanest method is importing a CSV file using the official MoxiEngage Contact Import Template. Do NOT change header rows or columns — upload will fail.

Log into MoxiWorks
Save as CSV

Open Engage → People → My People
Return to Import Contacts → Select File

Click the gear icon (upper-right corner)
Upload the CSV — keep browser window open until import completes

Select Import Contacts
Review contacts in People — confirm groups/categories are correct
If Import button doesn't appear: import through connected Gmail or Outlook account

Download the official MoxiEngage Contact Import Template
Copy your contacts into the template (do NOT change Row 1 / header row)
