Moxi Rise: Birthday & House-iversary Automation

Every closed client should have a birthday and house-iversary entered into MoxiEngage immediately after closing.

1. Log Into MoxiWorks

2. Open Contact Record

Open MoxiWorks, select Engage from the main navigation — this is where client records, reminders, tasks, campaigns, and special dates are managed.

Go to People or My People. Search by name, phone, or email. Click the contact's name to open the full profile.

3. Add the Birthday

4. Add the House-iversary

Select Edit / Profile Edit. Scroll to Dates or Special Dates. Choose Birthday. Enter month and day. If birth year unknown, enter closest estimate — month and day are most important for annual reminders.

Use the actual closing date from the transaction file. Add as House-iversary, Home Anniversary, or Anniversary date depending on your Moxi version.

5 5. Turn On Calendar Reminders In Engage Settings or Gear icon → Engage Settings → Special Dates. Turn on reminders for birthdays, anniversaries, house-iversaries so they appear in your daily workflow.

6. Create Follow-Up Actions

Birthday: send warm, personal message — no hard sales pitch. Home Anniversary: congratulate and offer complimentary home value update or annual equity review.

Brokerage Standard: Every closed client gets a birthday and house-iversary in MoxiEngage the SAME DAY the transaction closes.
