Outcomes in Immigrant Settlement Program this Year Immediate Outcomes • Clients received appropriate information and services through one-on-one sessions to address settlement needs, attained awareness of community and other resources to deal with settlement issues, and gained knowledge of life in Canada, including laws, rights, and responsibilities. • Clients received appropriate information and services through group sessions to address settlement needs, attained awareness of community and other resources to deal with settlement issues, and gained knowledge of life in Canada, including laws, rights, and responsibilities. • Clients made connections to community organizations and social networks through our Community Connection activities. • Clients acquired knowledge, skills, and connections related to the Canadian work environment through our Employment-Related Activities.
