WHY YOU NEED TO DELEGATE, OUTSOURCE, AND REUSE WHY YOU WILL SUCCEED MORE WHEN YOU START DOING LESS

I read an awesome quote the other day that I know you’ll find extremely helpful. Here it is: “Most people ask themselves, ‘How can I do this?’ But leaders ask themselves, ‘How can this get done?’” Do you see the difference there? It’s not about you personally doing everything — that will just leave you burned out and stressed. It’s about finding efficient ways to get things done. There’s really only one thing that you must do yourself to have a successful Fit Body, which I’ll tell you about in a moment. For everything else, you have three options: delegate, outsource, and reuse. Delegate When you delegate something, you hand it off to someone on your team and check when they’re done to make sure it’s up to snuff. Delegating something is not at all like giving it up; you are ultimately still responsible for the outcome because you’re the leader. But when you delegate, it frees you from having to do the footwork. That way, you can do the work that only you can do — the work that will make the biggest difference in growing your income and helping more people. Outsource Outsourcing is when you hire a person or a service outside of your team to get the work done. Often times, this means working with freelancers and contractors on a per-project basis. Outsourcing is really great for one-time assignments and projects, because you want to save your team’s focus and energy for ongoing stuff, like loving up clients on Facebook and onboarding new incoming clients. For example, let’s say you’re running a one-time charitable event for a local teenager who needs money for a medical procedure. If you want to get fliers for that, you should outsource the design, printing, and distribution of those fliers. Let’s take a look at each of those!

Just like with delegating, though, you need to make sure everything gets your approval before it gets sent out. Reuse I’ll let you in on a little secret. Part of how I get so many YouTube videos, Facebook Live videos, magazine articles, podcast appearances, and blog posts done every week is because I reuse things in a smart way. For example, if I have a Facebook Live video that goes well, I’ll have my team post it on YouTube as well. Then, I’ll have my team get it transcribed and turn it into a blog post or article. Now here’s the real magic of your situation. Almost everything on FBBC University and in FitPro is designed to be reused. If I were in your shoes, I would make it my first step to see whether ANY resource I need already exists on FBBC U. The Only Thing You Need to Do The only thing you need to do to have a massively successful Fit Body is grow the family. That means closing more leads on long-term memberships, first and foremost. Then, as your location starts busting at the seams with people, that means expanding to multiple locations and expanding your team, so you have more people to delegate to. Why not, right? If people are enjoying it on one channel, why not spread the love to all my other channels so more people get to see it?

It’s that simple!

THE TOP 6 FITNESS BUSINESS TIPS FOR OVERACHIEVERS HOW TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS FROM GOOD TO GREAT

1) Win Your Mornings You have to win your mornings if you want to have a more successful and productive day. The most successful trainers wake up early to work on their business. They look for opportunities to change their business model before they take on the first client of the day. They work on their business. 2) Where Do Your Actions Come From? Another big tip for surefire success is this: Understand where your actions come from. There’s always a belief that determines your actions. And your thoughts determine your beliefs … Your priority is to protect those thoughts and beliefs. Surround yourself with people who positively influence your thoughts and beliefs. Your actions will be more productive, and your chances of success will rise. 3) Focus on Your Unique Selling Purpose Third, you need to figure out your USP, or your “unique selling purpose.” What makes you unique, different, and better than your competitors? How can you communicate that in your marketing?

Of course, this is easier said than done. How can you get people to know, like, and trust you?

Tell your story.

Break down any walls between you and your prospects. The trust you accumulate will pay off. 5) Harness the Power of Social Media Another way to connect more with your clients and prospects is through social media. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, you name it — these platforms can give prospects a peek into your training style, the community at your facility, and the results you consistently deliver to your clients. Again, it’s all about how you build the know, like, and trust factors. Be transparent; prospects love businesses that are honest about the way they operate. One awesome way of building a rapport with your audience is through live videos. They get to see your personality shine through in ways marketing doesn’t do justice. 6) Does Your Business Have the ‘Magic’ Sauce? My last tip to you guys is to cook up the “magic” sauce of your business. That’s right. The magic sauce is when your fitness business has a positive culture, a tight-knit community, and amazing results.

Everyone has a unique selling purpose, right? But too often, fitness pros get swept up in following every trend and pattern they find.

They become a carbon copy of their competitors. They lose themselves. When you find your USP, you stand out. You can’t be afraid to stand out. When you stand out, your marketing becomes much simpler. You worry less about what others do and focus more on what makes your business special. 4) Be a Trusted Fitness Expert Another great way to increase your leads is to position yourself as the local fitness expert of your area.

This leads to referrals, and referrals lead to growth and profits. So, make sure your business has that magic sauce before you even look to expand.

OWNER SPOTLIGHT: SIERRA NOBLES ONE OF FIT BODY’S RISING OWNERS DISCUSSES HOW SHE’S LEARNING THE ROPES IN BUSINESS

Dawsonville Fit Body Boot Camp Owner Sierra Nobles grew up in the small town of Bayfield, Colorado. Sierra was always active in her youth and even earned a cross-country scholarship to a university in Georgia. Her initial experience with Fit Body Boot Camp was from a consumer standpoint. Sierra was a successful working mother of two who had gained weight and needed the guidance and support that Fit Body Boot Camp prides itself on.

All the support HQ gave Sierra helped the ownership process run smoothly. Her facility recently was named the best fitness facility/gym and the best place to work out in Dawson! She found the process of owning a Fit Body Boot Camp so profitable and easy that she is on her way to opening her second location in 2017!

So, what’s her advice to new owners?

“Have your staff and support system ready up front! Hire the right administrator and trainers, so you can focus on your 5 percent! Budget your money for help and use it!” Sierra isn’t afraid to admit the mistakes she made during the opening of her first location —mainly a lack of staff. However, she’s learned valuable lessons from her past that she hopes will propel her to even more success opening location number two!

Fast forward to 2016. After being recognized year after year for being a Top Producing Agent (2011, 2012, 2013) and being a member of the Million Dollar Club, Sierra never thought she would enter a dramatic career shift, exchanging her safe and secure income for an exciting, yet uncertain, future. After taking a leap of faith, Sierra decided to enter the fitness business field! With the help of our headquarters, Sierra was able to open her first Fit Body Boot Camp location, amassing over 200 clients! She is grateful for the attention she received throughout the build-out process, as well as the effort HQ put into her marketing, which increased her lead generation. She feels that was “huge” for her because she wasn’t too familiar with marketing, and she was opening her Fit Body in a town where she knew nobody!

FACEBOOK LIVE HOW TO WIELD FACEBOOK LIVE TO YOUR ADVANTAGE AND GET MORE CLIENTS

Facebook Live videos are where it’s at. Facebook loves them and gives them priority in the feed because their users love them, too. If you aren’t doing them yet, do them! Yes, I know it seems scary, but here’s the thing: YOU ARE YOUR BRAND! People do not want to place their health and happiness in the hands of a company. They’d rather commit their health (and investment) to an actual person they know will look out for them. That’s you! So, get out there and build your brand awareness — or your “you” awareness. Here are some tips to make the best and most effective Facebook Live videos possible. You don’t need to use all of them every time you stream, but the more you follow these guidelines, the better your engagement will be. Introduce Yourself The first thing you should do in every video is introduce yourself. Tell them who you are and where you’re from. Here’s an example introduction: “Hey! This is Jane Doe, personal trainer and body transformation expert at Fit Body Boot Camp in Chino Hills.” Request the Like/Love/Share Another thing to do early on in your video is request that viewers give your video a like or a love and that they share the video, so you can help as many people as possible. People love to engage, and sometimes, all

you need to do is ask.

Deliver Good Content With a Captivating Description You obviously want people to watch, so make sure you deliver good content along with a catchy description. That way, people know what they are in for. Shoot for 3 Plus Live Videos Per Week You want to be consistent with your live video broadcasts, shooting for three or more per week. Your audience will grow more rapidly when you are consistent. Make sure to do your broadcasts the same day of the week and at the same time.

FIT BODY BOOT CAMP HQ DONATES $10,000 TO SUPPORT HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT IN NEED OF A HEART TRANSPLANT

LOVE FOR LEXI

Fit Body has some great news to announce! During the summer of 2016, Lexi Anderson, a high school student from Chino Hills, California, was diagnosed with restrictive cardiomyopathy. As soon as doctors became aware of her rare heart condition, she was placed on a heart transplant list. On February 3, 2017, Lexi’s family found her at home, unresponsive and without a pulse. She was immediately rushed to Loma Linda Medical Center. Lexi’s heart stopped again five days later. During this trying time, her father prayed to have just one more conversation with his daughter. Fit Body Boot Camp didn’t hesitate to help out when they heard a girl from the local community was fighting for her life. “We have to look out for one another,” says CEO Bedros Keuilian. “(The) purpose we have at the HQ is to come to the aid of good people in times like this.” Fast forward to March of 2017. On March 5, Lexi’s father, Todd Anderson, excitedly announced on Twitter, “THEY FOUND A HEART!!!!! Please pray all goes according to plan. THANK YOU, GOD!!” The following day, she was rushed into emergency surgery. After a critical 48 hours in the ICU, Lexi’s body was responsive and healing.

After working with her physical therapists, Lexi was well enough to return to school during one of Chino Hills High’s rallies. Lexi was cheered on and warmly welcomed by her peers. Today, Lexi continues to heal and is scheduled to go back to Chino Hills High for the 2017–2018 school year. Serving others in need is something the Fit Body Boot Camp HQ prides itself on. Every month, HQ donates to both Shriner’s Children’s Hospital and Compassion International to fund medical care and resources for children worldwide. Additionally, the HQ supports initiatives that help veterans acclimate to civilian life upon returning home.
