The new traditional
Pinstripers Charity Auction Pinstripers from all over the southwest will work non-stop to stripe items starting Thursday to raise money for the “Make A Wish Charity” at the Rocky Mountain Nationals. These men and women take off work and spend their own money for food, travel and lodg- ing just to help the kids make their wishes come true! All the money they raise stays local. This year Kenzie Kout will be back and coor- dinate the event which takes place in the Hall of Agriculture. Be sure and check the Event Guide for the correct time and location. This is the perfect time to purchase some Garage Art and help the kids, plus get a tax write off. If you are a pin- striper and would like to partici- pate or donate some items, please contact Kenzie at 303-995-5127 or e-mail kenziestripes@gmail.com. Pinup Girl & Best Beard Contests At Saturday’s Pinstripers Charity Auction the Pinup girls will take the stage to help with the auction. Don’t be surprised if the girls ask you to participate in the “Best Beard” contest if you have some outstanding facial hair. Ms. Carrie will once again be coordinating the contest and if you would like to be a contestant or a sponsor, please feel free to contact her at 719-426-7769 or e-mail carrier- aynor2013@gmail.com.
