The number of detached listings in Vancouver East in July, at 441, were 2% below June and 38% lower vs July 2019. The 141 detached sales were 34% higher month- over-month and 36% above July 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 32% in July, as Vancouver East’s detached segment remained favourable to sellers. July’s benchmark price was $1.49M, 1.9% above June and up 10% vs July 2019. The average sold price of $1.64M was 1.3% above June and up 13% vs July 2019.
