What’s New at FT?

We’ve been working hard to keep on improving our customized personal training for you, the client. In fact, we’ve improved our systems into a 5-Step Proven Process. Our trainers have implemented a new program design system that promotes consistency across all of our trainers’ workouts and keeps your programming moving forward and being effective so you see results. One piece of equipment that we’ve added to the Body Comp Assessment portion of our process is the INBODY 270, a $6,500 machine that more accurately measures muscle mass, body fat percentage, and hydration, as well as calculating your BMR that is used in the nutrition session. The BMR is used in one of our formulas that calculates the right calorie count for you … no cookie-cutter (no pun intended) calorie counter app. The nutrition program has escalated to a whole new level with the Get Real 30 Challenge. What dramatic and life-changing results we’ve witnessed! We can’t emphasize enough that you can be committed to working out several times a week at FT, but if your nutrition doesn’t match a clean, whole food approach, you’re spinning your wheels.
