What I did: Reviewed logistics cases, collected missing shipping documentation, updated Salesforce records, communicated with global teams, assisted with backlog reduction and helped create logistics reports. What I liked: I enjoyed learning about global logistics, working with teams around the world, and gaining hands-on experience with real business processes.
