Charting Our Future: Working together to guide Gloucester towards its 400th year.
8

Gloucester’s Planning, Zoning, and Environmental Programs team recently connected with residents and visitors at the Daffodil Festival as part of the County’s Comprehensive Plan update. They asked a simple but important question: What do you love about Gloucester, and what concerns you about its future?
8

Everyone who participated was entered into a raffle for a gift basket, and our very own Lt. Jason Klink (pictured to the right) was the winner. Congratulations, Lt. Klink!
8

The Comprehensive Plan serves as a roadmap for the next 20 years, guiding decisions about growth, land use, transportation, housing, natural resources, and other factors that shape our community’s quality of life and cost of living.
8

We are currently in the first phase of the update: listening. Below is a snapshot of what we heard. Do you agree?
8

There will be many more opportunities to get involved in the months ahead, including focus groups, surveys, listening sessions, committees, and more.
8

Your voice matters. Help shape Gloucester’s next chapter.
