Member Cox called the meeting of the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) Capital Committee to order at 9:01 a.m. The meeting was held via video conference and livestreamed on the MDTA Board Meeting web page. At 9:02 Member Cox asked for a motion for the removal of Item #6 from the Agenda. Member Waesche motions first and seconded by Member Cordova. APPROVAL - OPEN SESSION MEETING MINUTES OF JUNE 4, 2026 Upon motion by Member Snead and seconded by Member Waesche, the Open Session meeting minutes of the Capital Committee’s meeting held on June 4, 2026, were unanimously approved.
