Q What is your favorite part about owning your restaurant? A While of course I love cooking, my favorite part is interacting with the customers. I do that each night. I love getting their feedback and knowing they have enjoyed their meal. Mindy loves working with patrons on creating their perfect private party. We host a lot of dinner parties, rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions and more here at the restaurant. Mindy enjoys getting to know the customers and making sure their special occasion is the very best it can be.
Q What changes have you seen in the culinary scene on the Plateau since you opened Wolfgang’s in 1995? A Over the years, the dining options here have become more sophisticated. The ability to obtain more consistent produce and fresh VHDIRRGKDVFKDQJHGZKDWUHVWDXUDQWVFDQR̆HU:KDWLVZRQGHUIXOLV WKDWDOOWKHUHVWDXUDQWVKHUHDUHGL̆HUHQWDQGSHRSOHKDYHPRUHFKRLFHV We have seen more young people coming to the area and enjoying the dining options that are available. With all the changes, one of the best things is that we continue to have great support from our year-round and second home communities including the country clubs.
