ROGER WELLS Roger has been selling real estate since he was 18 years old. Currently licensed in both North and South Carolina, Roger has also held his license in Virginia and is actively seeking his license in both Georgia and Texas. In addition to selling real estate, he was also a licensed Real Estate Appraiser with the Member Appraisal Institute designation as well as a custom home builder in Virginia and Tennessee. Roger believes that his many years of experience in several aspects of the real estate business are a great asset to his clients here in the Cashiers and Highlands area of North Carolina. Roger is currently a “Flex-Patriate” who travels between North Carolina, South Carolina, and Budapest, Hungary where he is the founder of a tech startup company and is also licensed to sell real estate.
