Employee Survey To strengthen our commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices, a survey was conducted to better understand employees’ perspectives. In addition to online responses, face-to-face interviews were conducted with production operators and store attendants to ensure broader participation and capture more detailed feedback.
The objective was to identify areas for improvement and highlight where additional efforts are required. Notably, many of the employees who responded negatively were newly recruited. Moving forward, awareness sessions will be conducted at all levels to ensure that employees are familiar with the company’s sustainability practices and existing policies.
