Sofap promotes a variety of recreational and team- building activities across the organisation. Seven teams, comprising employees from both showrooms and operational units, regularly participate in these initiatives, encouraging cross-functional interaction and stronger workplace relationships. Since 2022, the company has organised an annual five-a-side football tournament, creating a dynamic platform for employees to engage in healthy competition while strengthening teamwork and unity across departments. In addition to football, Sofap also promotes traditional and recreational games such as carom, petanque, and dominoes
