There are a few different ways that social distancing measures can be taken when it comes to church services. A large tent could be set up with chairs set up in groups of 5 or 6 to allow for families to sit together and distanced from others according to guide- lines. This would likely provide a lot more space for individuals over traditional pew type seating. Another way church services could be conducted is have a smaller tent or two set up in a parking lot and people can listen to a service much like they would a drive in movie or bring lawn chairs to join in on the service while socially distanced outside.

Keep in mind: A church might need chairs or sound system to be heard over a larger area. Let them know if you have solutions to make it a easier adjustment. Ask them if they are planning on having a social or fundraiser this year and see if there are ways to help with those events as well.

• Covering sidewalks leading to store entrance with marquee tents • Using tents to create ingress and egress to help promote social distancing • Using tents for order pickup areas • Tents outside of strip malls to display inventory outside of a small or narrow store
Retail stores can vary vastly in size. Large chains are going to have a much bigger area to place a tent than retail spaces that are located in a strip mall. Depending on the size and type of store they might have various needs.
