Premier: Self Defense Clinic • AGES 13 AND UP Stay safe. Stay smart. Stay strong. Join us for a dynamic 2-hour self- defense clinic that goes beyond just physical techniques. Learn how to enhance your situational awareness, avoid dangerous situations, and protect yourself if needed. Premier: Meditation • AGES 18 AND UP Meditation is known for its benefits of helping people let go and move forward successfully through their journey. Our meditation practice is structured to target several areas of life events, and each week our Meditation instructor, Jitendra Desai, will speak about a new topic. Jitendra will guide you through meditation to help you move forward in healing and learning how to handle and alleviate daily stress.
