Purpose of the Post The post holder will be accountable for management of all matters relating to building operations across the Imperial College estate, ensuring a quality, value for money service is delivered within the strategic policies and procedures set down by the College. Responsible for Estates Communications and Learning & Development functions within Estates Operations. The team has budget responsibilities for an annual operating budget of c£8.00m and a capital budget of c£2.00m
