Welcoming / Inclusive / Knowledgeable / Responsive / Proud Human Resources Unit The entire Human Resources unit deserves a huge amount of recognition this year for immense amount of work they have undertaken to provide resources, answers, information, support and a sense of community during the past four months. From navigating furloughs, reduced FTEs, working from home, unemployment claims and even more, they do it graciously and empathetically and always with a smile. They are responsive to employee's questions and concerns, they are knowledgea- ble about the rules and regulations, they are inclusive of the diversity of each employee's own personal situation, they are welcoming of everyone and their ideas/suggestions, and most of all they are proud to be part of the Wildcat family and make others feel that pride too. I am personally so glad we have such caring and supportive people looking out for everyone at CWU. Thank you, HR!
