Paid Ticketed Courses
• ALL Category 1 (Core) courses are $20 per ticket. This guarantees your seat in a Category 1 course. • ALL hands-on workshops; fees are listed below the course descriptor. You must purchase a ticket to access paid courses. Purchasing a ticket for a course provides you with guaranteed access. Don’t be disappointed: register early, as these courses are in high demand and many sell out quickly. Although there is no guarantee, a small number of paid courses may still be available for purchase at the on-site registration desk. Free Ticketed Courses
• ALL Category 2 courses (clinical) • ALL Category 3 courses (practice management, personal development, other)
The general registration fee includes all free ticketed courses. Register in advance for these courses to guarantee your spot until the published course start time. You cannot register for free courses on-site, but standby lines are available outside the meeting room. Registration for free ticketed courses closes on Monday, May 2, 2022. All free course tickets expire at the published start time and are not valid for late arrivals . Note: if you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your course, we will no longer be scanning, and therefore, no credits will be given. All tickets for your preferred course claimed? Did you forget to register for your preferred course? Did you change your mind or did you arrive late? You can still try your luck on site! Attendees in each standby line can access available seats on a first-come, first-served basis, immediately after the published start time. Attendees with exhibitor badges cannot access any paid or free courses and workshops. Prerequisite Courses for Workshops All courses that are prerequisites for a hands-on workshop will have reserved seats for workshop participants. If you purchase a workshop, please also register for the prerequisite course. You must attend the prerequisite course to access the workshop. Show your itinerary on the back of your badge, which displays your workshop registration, to access the reserved seats. Please use these reserved seats, so that as many attendees as possible can access the unreserved seating. Course Times There are three staggered course times in the morning and two times in the afternoon Thursday, May 5, and Friday, May 6. Morning courses start at 9:00 am, 9:30 am and 10:00 am, and afternoon courses start at 2:00 pm and 2:30 pm. Morning courses on Saturday, May 7, begin at 8:30 am, and afternoon courses start at 12:30 pm. Please visit the ASM website at asm.oda.ca , the Final Program , Program At-a-Glance and the on-site signage to confirm the course start times and locations.
