Child Policy With the exception of babies (under the age of 12 months) in arms on the Exhibits Floor, children under the age of 16 are not permitted at the ASM. Babies in arms are not permitted in the meeting rooms when courses are taking place. For safety reasons, no strollers are permitted on-site at the ASM. Parents with babies in arms should make arrangements in advance, including having access to a baby carrier. There is no on-site child care available at the ASM. Check with your hotel concierge if child care is required. Please note: if an attendee arrives at the ASM with a child who needs child care, they will not be permitted to enter the event under any circumstances. There are no exceptions. Room 833 on 800 Level will be available for the convenience of nursing mothers. Videotaping/Photography Please email the request and information to Vicky Hatzopoulos at vhatzopoulos@ oda.ca. Privacy Notification Please be advised that the payment information collected with our registration either online or on the registration form will be used by the ODA for the purpose of processing your ASM registration, as well as for contact information for providing communication updates, disclosure of your contact information to exhibitors when your badge is scanned on the Exhibits Floor and for market research.
