EIFI PARTNERS WITH EIGSI GOLF SOCIETY TO RECRUIT GOLFERS IN THE ELECTRICAL SECTOR AND HOSTS NINE OUTINGS A YEAR… Tee up with fellow golfers in the industry
E lectrical Industries Federation of Ireland (EIFI) will partner with the Electrical Industries Golfing Society of Ireland (EIGSI) to encourage more involvement from golfers within the country’s electrical industries. The associations also plan to bring the Dublin Regional Golfing Society (DREGS) and the Lighting Association of Ireland (LAI) golf societies under the one umbrella and incorporate the “Peter Church Trophy”, which will be played for at the Castleknock Golf Club on Friday,
April 28. Both EIFI and EIGSI feel that the time is right to revitalise the golfing society after a difficult period living through the Covid pandemic. The EIGSI hosts nine outings per year; the season starts in March and culminates with the final events held over two days in September at the Captains Weekend. The first outing of 2023 will be on the South Course of the K Club, in Kildare, on Friday, March 31. More details at www.eigsi.ie
