The team worked hard all weekend and had an operational fire alarm system installed by Saturday evening, with full coverage restored by 6 pm on Sunday. “The customer was so pleased with the standard of work and prompt response they have now awarded us their annual Intruder Alarm maintenance and monitoring contract,” Tom was happy to report. “They have placed their trust in us for assisting with their supply chain support, a service we provide for several of our key clients within the hospitality industry.” Ark Housing Association, Belfast SFS have been recently awarded the maintenance contract with Ark Housing Association for CCTV, Access Control and Warden Call System, and have gained a good working relationship with the organisation. The contract continues to grow and has led to additional opportunities, such as supporting Ark Housing in both planned works and

reactive calls. “This is the benefit in being a fully approved and accredited Fire and Security Company,” Tom explained. “We recently achieved our NSI Gold Re-certification, which demonstrates our ongoing commitment to quality-led installs and preventative maintenance contracts for both our domestic and commercial customers.
