TOP 100 BUSINESS LEADERS RESULTS 2021 Our Annual Recognition Program is aimed to inspire our Members to build a consistent, reliable and growing business by focusing on 4 important pillars towards success: Personal Sales, Group Sales, Recruiting and Promoting. These pillars are also known as our 4 Rainbow Challenge Categories. A Member’s performance is calculated as a percentage value for each of the 4 Rainbow Categories. To ensure focus on all 4 of the business success pillars, each category has the same weight and a maximum score of 100% per category is calculated. The total sum of the 4 categories is divided by 4 to get a percentage value out of a 100. In the event of more than one Member achieving 100% for all 4 categories, the total rainbow score for these Members is not capped, and scores above 100% are brought into the calculation to determine our Members’ ranking.
The INUKA Top 100 Business Leaders and the Ambassador of the year will be the Leaders with the highest Rainbow Challenge ranking.

8. Ame as pessoas Nesse nosso negócio temos cosméticos, que são para pessoas. Pensamos que nosso negócio são os produtos que vendemos mas n podemos nos esquecerque esses produtos são para pessoas. Temos de amar as pessoas. N há como crescer neste negócio se não gostamos de pessoas e de nós mesmos como vendedores. Se vendemos perfumes, eu pessoalmente tenho que cheirar bem, logo estarei a ser exemplo do negócio que faço! 9. Comemoração É importante celebrar tudo. Todas conquistas. Cada pessoa que recrutamos. Cada evento da INUKA. Cada desafio alcançado. Temos de comemorar tudo. Finalmente, obrigado Alma pelo grande negócio INUKA que melhora nossas vidas. As pessoas tem medo de investir no negócio. é isso faz com muitos não cresçam no negócio. As pessoas não querem correr risco nenhum. Mas é muito importante que saibam que não é possível alcançar o sucesso se não nos damos a oportunidade de fazer e falhar. Para que da próxima possamos fazer e acertar. Como lidar com as pessoas, educação financeira, como usar os produtos da INUKA, como lidar com o sucesso, como lidar com o dinheiro, e muito mais. 3. Foco Vejo que muita gente que não alcança resultados é porque não tem foco. Ou seja, querem fazer várias coisas ao mesmo tempo. Entram na INUKA e logo depois entram em outros negócios de rede. Desse jeito é impossível ter resultados. é preciso ter foco. é preciso acordar INUKA, é preciso dormir INUKA, pensar INUKA, respirar INUKA, olhar INUKA, ser INUKA, eu sou INUKA, eu sempre serei INUKA. 4. Investimento É preciso investir no nosso negócio. Investimento tanto em tempo assim como em dinheiro. Pois para

7. The fear Fear has stolen many people's dreams. People are afraid to invest in the business. That's why many don't grow in the business. People don't want to take any risks. But they must know that it is impossible to achieve success if we do not allow ourselves to do and fail. So that next time, we can do it and get it right. Every business has risks, and we are likely to take that risks. Try it even with fear and shine. 8. Love people In our business, we have cosmetics, which are for people. We think our business is the products we sell, but we can't forget that these products are for people. We have to love people. There's no way to grow in this business if we don't like people and ourselves as salespeople. If we sell perfumes, I personally have to smell good, so I'll be an example of my business! 9. Celebration It's important to celebrate everything. All achievements. Every person we recruit. Every INUKA Event. Every challenge achieved. We have to celebrate everything. Finally, Alma, thank you for the great INUKA Business that improves our lives. Thanks to my Husband, who has supported me tirelessly. Without him, I wouldn't have gotten to where I am.
I am delighted to have managed to retain INUKA Ambassadorship for the 2nd time. Everyone asks me how did I get here ?
I want to share a few important points:
1. Reference We must have a reference, someone who inspires us and who we admire. For me, it is one of our INUKA Leaders, Nodumo Maqetuka. I admire how she handles her business and the training she has given to her group. 2. Knowledge I don't stop seeking knowledge. I don't stop learning. I read about everything. I read about digital marketing, how to handle people, financial education, how to use INUKA products, how to deal with success, how to deal with money, and much more. 3. Focus I see that many people who don't achieve results are because they don't have focus. In other words, they want to do several things simultaneously. They join INUKA, and soon after, they join other network businesses. That way, it's impossible to get results. You need to focus. You have to wake up INUKA, you have to sleep INUKA, think INUKA, breathe INUKA, look INUKA, be INUKA. I am INUKA, I will always be INUKA. 4. Investment We need to invest in our business. It means investment in both time and money. Because to see our team grow, we have to have stock to help new members to have the products on time. 5. Look at ourselves We must look at ourselves. Where we came from. Where we are and where we want to go. And we constantly have to question ourselves about what led us to embrace the INUKA business and fight to achieve our goal. We always have to challenge ourselves. 6. Always have a pen and paper on hand It is crucial always to write down our achievements, dreams, possible recruits, and customers. Write down about your sales and the products that are your best sellers. Write down what we want to acquire with the money we will earn at INUKA, how much we will need, and how long we have to work to buy this.

The day I joined INUKA, I never realized how much my life would change for the better because of my INUKA Business. I see growth in myself, financially, and in many facets of my life. Five years after joining INUKA, I am recognized as INUKA’s No 3 Business Leader for 2021. Indeed, INUKA empowers every life touched. The INUKA Business is meeting many of my life dreams. Sitting in an INUKA white chair had been my dream for a while, but I knew I needed to grow more to pursue that dream. In 2021, I started to pursue my Top 5 Business Leader Dream. I would visualize the type of dress that would suit the chair. I even got a white chair in my house as a constant reminder that I will be one of the Top 5 Business Leaders one of these days. I can assure you to keep dreaming even if your dream doesn’t materialize immediately. One day the dream will come true! The journey wasn’t easy. In 2021, the competition seemed more challenging. I told myself I would do my best and leave no room for regrets. My biggest game-changer was working with my team to grow our group sales. I believe in growth, and I always want to see my team stepping out of their comfort zone. Being recognized as a

SHOW UP EVERY DAY, NO MATTER WHAT Oh, what a year it was. 2021 showed me the meaning of the Bible verse: “Xa ndiphelelwa ngamandla, kuxa ndinamandla”. (For when I am weak, then I am strong). It reminds me and is a true reflection of the story of the Footprints in the Sand. I had given up on doing well in my INUKA Business in March 2021. Things went sour, and my world crumbled. As much as we do business, business goes together with personal life. One needs to be in good mental health status, also emotionally. I could not get into this mental state. I could not even try. My life was out there. I felt like a celebrity where everyone has a right to say and speculate. That didn’t help, yet I had to keep the front. I had to Show Up every day. I had a team that looked up to
me, a team that I had to motivate and support while I had no energy to do this.
Little did I think my efforts would go this far. Being recognized as the No 4 Business Leader in INUKA is still something I can’t believe. I’m even failing to celebrate. I can safely say being open and honest about business took me a long way. Paying attention and making time for the team is what pulled me through. The long hours I gave to my team paid off. They stood in the gap for me when I couldn’t.
I showed up as expected. I was open and honest about how I felt every day. When I wasn’t ok, I would inform them. I am blessed by Team Gejeza, iTeam Yam Yomqino, and iTeam Yam, yoLovie. My teams also said I shouldn’t forget to mention what I call them because they are the best. They kept me afloat as I knew they looked up to me, and it was my job not to disappoint them. They make me sane- ly crazy, but I wouldn’t trade my team for anything. Through Team Gejeza, I made it to where I am today: No 4 Business Leader in INUKA. They said: “Momma, you can do this; you will represent us.” As the year came to an end, my prayer was to finish all Rainbow Legs so that I could make my team proud.
They aimed to make me proud, and they did. It is what made our Team the No 4 Team in INUKA.
The year 2021 humbled me. I always thought I was humble, but 2021 taught me what humbleness in reality means.

In 2021, I realized that leadership is the art of creating greatness. Thus, I started focusing on empowering the leaders in my downline to embrace more significant challenges and showing them the need to build up leaders within their teams.
I noticed that those who embraced the challenge became stronger, met their personal goals, and became even more resilient in the business. I show my team that a leader walks the talk. So, leading by example, we ought to be the first to achieve Club 40, Special Star, the Rainbow Challenge, etc.
I also impart the very truth that we are the INUKA Brand’s ambassadors. Consequently, we should know in-depth the product range and be the first customers of our business!
Looking into the hurdles we all have been facing in the past 2 years, I seized the opportunity to intensify doing the business basics: recruiting and continued training, which has yielded excellent results.
I instill in the heart of the new members the need to find and embrace their “why” and the reason they joined the INUKA Business. When they embrace their “why”, they are likely to carry on and strive despite setbacks. This is the gem I keep searching for in people, revealing their hunger for success! I have increased the training sessions, focusing on new members and not neglecting senior and less inactive Members.
On a personal note, I enjoy doing training sessions as they put me in touch with people, thus helping to change their lives for the better!
My biggest goal is to inspire my team to meet the Barcelona Travel Incentive. Only then can they realize that traveling is not a privilege for just a few. They are all unique and deserve it. They only need to put in the hard work. Meeting the Barcelona Travel Incentive would automatically mean that hard work produces results. In turn, we can also make progress towards our Rainbow Challenge, Quarterly Maintenance Bonus, increased Volume Rebates, etc.
I also plan to continue reactivating as many inactive members as possible so they can taste the sweetness of succeeding in the business again!

If you want to go far and have consistency in the business, work with your team. The union of a team is what creates lasting and growing success. I work with my Downlines by stimulating their inner growth. Hold regular group and face-to-face meetings. Make one-on-one calls to get to know each individual's struggles and strengths to encourage personal growth. Create excitement in your team. For example, do regular internal challenges for your group with a special gift and a lucky draw for those that achieve certain milestones. Always make sure that you complete all the challenges that INUKA launches from time to time so that your group can follow in your footsteps.
Every achievement in life depends on your commitment! When you want something, you have to run after it. As hard as it is to achieve, giving up can never be an option! The bigger your dream, the harder you will have to work. Success is not a straight line. Not everything is perfect. Along the way, we will encounter some obstacles, decreasing our excitement.
