§ Analyze the information discovered. § Has the applicant ever been convicted of any crime, or participated in any event involving fraud, dishonesty, misrepresentation, or any gaming-related offense. § Has the applicant participated in violence resulting in serious bodily injury, death, or weapons violations. § Has the Applicant had a license revocation by another regulatory authority. § Financially responsible. § Has knowingly or willfully provided false, or misleading material, statements, or information, or omitted information on the gaming license application. § Termination from previous employers for cause or accusations of improper conduct.
