Amy Applicant filed a fully completed key license application with the TGRA. If licensed Amy will serve on the count team. Amy is a thirty-year old single mother raising 3 young children. She is a high school graduate with one year of technical school, where she began studying computer science. Since her husband left nearly two years ago, Amy and her children have resided with her parents. She recently won a substantial lawsuit for back child support against her soon to be ex-husband, although his whereabouts are presently unknown. Her criminal history came back negative – no charges, arrests, or convictions, but a civil records check indicated that there are two pending lawsuits against her for non-payment of debt. Her credit report indicated regular late payments, and an outstanding indebtedness of approximately $15,000.00. For the past year Amy has worked part-time at a coffee shop where he supervisor reports that she is a “reliable and responsible worker.” She sometimes fills in at the cash register. Otherwise, she has not been regularly employed.
