LE STATIONNEMENT DES VÉHICULES RÉCRÉATIFS DANS UNE ZONE RÉSIDENTIELLE DANS UN VILLAGE SERA AUTORISÉ Entre le 15 mai (applicable le 1 er juin 2014) et le 15 septembre. Si stationné dans la cour avant, le véhicule récréatif doit être stationné à un (1) mètre du trottoir ou d’un sentier ou, s’il n’y a pas de trottoir ou de sentier, à deux (2) mètres du bord du pavé le plus près de la ligne de propriété et un (1) mètre de la ligne latérale, latérale extérieure ou arrière du lot. Les véhicules récréatifs sont limité à un maximum de un (1) véhicule stationné ou entreposé dans l’entrée de la cour avant ou la cour latérale et un maximum de deux (2) véhicules peuvent être stationnés ou entreposée dans la cour arrière. Entre le 16 septembre et le 14 mai, si stationné ou entreposé dans la cour avant, en aucun cas le véhicule peut être stationné ou entreposé à moins que cinq (5) mètres du bord du pavé le plus près de la ligne de propriété. PARKING OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES IN A RESIDENTIAL ZONEWITHIN A VILLAGEWILL BE PERMITTED Between May 15 th (effective June 1 st, 2014) and September 15th. If parked in the front yard, the recreational vehicle shall be parked or stored at one (1) metre from a sidewalk or footpath or, if there is no sidewalk or footpath, two (2) metres from the edge of the pavement nearest to the property line and one (1) metre from the side lot line, exterior side lot line or rear lot line. Recreational vehicles are limited to a maximum of one (1) parked or stored vehicle in a driveway in the front yard or side yard and a maximum of two (2) recreational vehicles may be parked or stored in a rear yard. Between September 16 th and May 14 th , if parked or stored in the front yard, in no event shall the recreational vehicle be parked or stored closer than ÚYH PHWUHVIURPWKHHGJHRIWKHSDYHPHQWQHDUHVWWRWKHSURSHUW\OLQH
RESTRICTIONS IN CERTAIN RESIDENTIAL ZONES In a residential zone, the owner or occupant of a dwelling or dwelling unit may use a driveway for the purpose of parking a maximum of one commercial vehicle, subject to the following provisions: Commercial Vehicles: r The gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of any such commercial vehicle shall not exceed 11,000 kg. r If the commercial vehicle is parked within a front yard, the commercial vehicle shall not be SDUNHG RU VWRUHG FORVHU WKDQ ÚYH PHWHUV IURP WKH HGJH RI WKH SDYHPHQW QHDUHVW WR WKH property line and, no part of the commercial vehicle shall encroach on the municipal road allowance. In addition, the commercial vehicle shall not be parked closer than one (1) metre from the side lot line, exterior side lot line, and/or rear lot line. Notwithstanding the above provisions, a commercial vehicle attending at a property within an R1 or R1A zone for the purpose of delivering goods or providing a service to the owner or occupant of such property shall not be deemed to contravene this section, provided that the location of the commercial vehicle does not create safety concerns with respect to visibility or interfere with a sight triangle. Buses regulations: r In a residential zone, the owner or occupant of a dwelling unit may use a driveway for the purpose of the parking of a maximum of one (1) bus, subject to the following provisions: r ,IWKHEXVLVSDUNHGZLWKLQDIURQW\DUGWKHEXVVKDOOQRWEHSDUNHGFORVHUWKDQÚYH PHWHUVIURP the edge of the pavement nearest to the property line and no part of the bus shall encroach on the municipal road allowance. Nonobstant les dispositions ci-dessus, un véhicule commercial attenant à une propriété dans une zone R1 ou R1A dans le but de livrer des biens ou fournir un service au propriétaire ou à l'occupant de cette propriété ne sera pas considéré comme contrevenant à cette disposition, à condition que l'emplacement du véhicule commercial ne crée pas de problèmes de sécurité en matière de visibilité ou d'interférer avec un triangle de visibilité.
